Initial Consultation (60 min):
Before the program is created, an introductory meeting is held to assess the client's starting point and goals. During this meeting, an initial test is performed together with the coach.

2 Personal Coaching Sessions (2x60 min):
Two sessions during the month, where the client receives expert guidance. The sessions focus on movements and techniques, and the coaching is tailored to the client's specific needs.

Personalized Training Program:
The client will receive a program tailored to their goals and fitness level. The program includes carefully selected exercises, and the intensity is designed to support the achievement of the client's goals.

Exercise Videos and Instructions:
You will have access to exercise videos that demonstrate how the exercises should be performed correctly and safely. This supports independent training and ensures that the client focuses on the right aspects of their workout.

Ongoing Support and Monitoring:
Throughout the month, you will receive support and advice as the coaching progresses. You can ask questions and receive tips via email so that you are not alone during your training journey.
The agreement is valid for one month starting from the kick-off meeting.
The service is non-refundable.
